RESTORE: You’ll experience poses and exercises like those in YS90 with longer holds and deep stretches targeting connective tissue. You will stretch your body deeper and sculpt your muscle groups. This class is for all fitness levels. Prepare to sweat and leave feeling completely renewed.
Hot Pilates
Sculpt and Flow - marries high-intensity interval training combined with mat Pilates and yoga poses with the addition of small hand weights. If you want to see more definition, long, lean muscles, and burn more this is the workout for you.
