This workshop will include a series of our favorite poses from our signature discipline, YS90, FLOga and Calm Yoga. You'll experience a series of high intensity interval training combined with Pilates & Yoga exercises, YS90. We'll flow into a wonderful round of flowing poses, FLOga and we will finish our time together in Calm Yoga which focuses on meditative movement leaving you well balanced and feeling refreshed. This class is taught by several of our instructors. It's fun, energetic and provides many demonstrations and hands on adjustments. Breath and movement is fluid to bring a sense of calm.
